Agencia Aduanal Sierra y Asociados was founded on 1956, in Reynosa Tamaulipas by Mr. Oliverio A. Sierra Guzman, who with his experience and spirit of leadership and service has achieved that the company differs as leader in Outer Commerce, being one of the pioneering in handling the Regime of Assembly Plants since 1972.
